National Trust Knightshayes – a Victorian country house surrounded by acres of gardens and parkland.
Dulverton – a picturesque small market town nearby and the start of the Exmoor national park.
Tarr Steps – an ancient clapper bridge possibly dating back to 1000 BC.
Dunster – lovely village to visit with National Trust Dunster Medieval Castle turned country home overlooking the village.
Lynton and Lynmouth – ½ mile from Lynton is the Valley of the Rocks which has breath-taking jagged cliff edges and wonderful walks.
The area is known well for cycling, hunting, fishing, and hiking with Exmoor right on your doorstep. Perfect for a getaway, whatever the occasion!
